The Winter Fancy Food Show is a trade-only event and is not open to the public. As such, exhibitors must be approved by the SFA. Attendees this year will include:

- Importers of more than one manufacturer’s line of food products

- Providers of business services that benefit retailers, distributors, and manufacturers within the food industry
