Thank you for choosing TL EVENT SERVICES LLC, doing business as “ExpoMarketing” (“ExpoMarketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for your trade show display needs. Please review this Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by ExpoMarketing are custom-fabricated and made to order based on specifications selected by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
2. Customer Responsibility and Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure all order details—including artwork files, dimensions, materials, colors, quantities, and shipping information—are complete and accurate before submitting an order. ExpoMarketing is not liable for errors in customer-provided content or specifications.
If changes are required, please notify your assigned graphic representative before approving the final proof. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. All claims must include clear photographic evidence of the issue.
If the claim is validated, ExpoMarketing, at its sole discretion, may:

Repair the item,

Replace it with an identical or comparable product, or

Provide another appropriate remedy.
This policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or damage occurring during shipment by a third-party carrier.
4. Shipping and Risk of Loss
All products are shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, freight). Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier.
Please verify that all shipping address details are correct before approving your proof. If adjustments are needed, notify your graphic representative prior to proof approval. Once tracking information has been issued, we cannot accept reroute requests. Attempting to reroute a package after shipment may result in delivery delays or loss, for which we are not responsible.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery times caused by carriers (including UPS, FedEx, and freight providers). Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delays caused by the carrier.
Claims for shipping damage or loss must be filed directly with the carrier in accordance with their procedures.
5. Policy Updates
ExpoMarketing reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Customers are encouraged to review this page prior to each purchase.
