Upload Directions

    Place your order first. Before submitting your artwork files, make sure your order has been placed and confirmed on ExpoMarketing.com.

    Fill in all required fields in the upload form to the right — your name, email address, company name, and project title.

    In the Project Title field, enter your Company Name followed by the Event or Show Name (e.g., "Acme Corp – CES 2025") so our team can match your artwork to the correct order.

    Use the Message field to include any production notes — unprinted panels, Pantone PMS colors, designer file notes, or other details our team should know before printing.

    Attach your artwork file using the drag-and-drop area or click to browse. Files up to 1 GB each.

    Click "Submit & Upload" and stay on the page until the upload completes. Do not close your browser window until you see a confirmation message.
⚠ Important Fill in all fields accurately to avoid production delays. If our team cannot match artwork to an order, your project will be held until we can verify ownership.
ℹ File Size Note We accept files up to 1 GB each. For large files, please be patient and do not close your browser window until the upload is confirmed.

After Upload: Proof & Approval

Once your artwork is received, our production team will prepare a digital proof and send it to your email within 48 hours. We will wait for your approval before printing.

We print your graphics exactly as submitted. Spelling and grammatical errors are your responsibility. Adjustments after submission may incur additional time and fees.
