Thank you for choosing TL EVENT SERVICES LLC, doing business as “ExpoMarketing” (“ExpoMarketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for your trade show display needs. We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order trade show displays with reliable and timely service. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, transit, and delivery.
1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted third-party carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and national freight providers, to ship your custom display products safely and efficiently. The specific shipping method used depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Please Note:

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, but production time still applies.

Certain oversized items may require freight shipping, which includes curbside delivery only.
2. Processing & Production Times
All of our products are custom-built to order. Standard production begins once we receive both final proof approval and full payment.
Important Notes:

Delays in proof approval or payment will delay the start of production.

Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Rush production services may be available on select items for an additional fee — please contact us for availability and lead time confirmation.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure your order arrives on time and at the correct destination:

Verify your shipping address during the order and proof approval process.

If adjustments are needed, notify your customer representative prior to approving the final proof.

Once tracking has been issued and the order has shipped, we cannot accept reroute requests. Attempting to do so may result in delays or package loss, for which we are not responsible.
4. Transit Times
Transit times vary based on the shipping method selected and your geographic location. Typical transit times range from 1 to 7 business days depending on distance and carrier schedules.
Please be aware:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and freight companies.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delays, missed delivery windows, or inclement weather disruptions.
5. Delivery Responsibility & Risk of Loss
Once an order leaves the manufacturing facility and is handed off to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not liable for damages, losses, or delays occurring during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, you must:

Notify us within five (5) business days of receipt.

Provide detailed photos of the packaging and product.

Retain all packaging materials for inspection.
We will assist you in determining whether a claim should be filed with the carrier or whether a resolution will be provided directly by ExpoMarketing.
6. Freight Deliveries – Important Notes
For large displays shipped via freight, please note the following:

Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged.

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the shipment.

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address or lack of availability, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.
